Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the cymbal in its original factory packaging, ensuring it is secure and protected to prevent any scratches or structural damage during transit.
Ship to Rech
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the cymbal is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
